Amanda’s Mission Cheer Competition
December 21st, 2024
AMCC is an annual cheer competition and fundraising event which was inspired by CCCAM’s scholarship competition! Hosted at Theodore Roosevelt High School in Wyandotte, MI, teams from across Southeast Michigan gather for a friendly competition and raise money for the scholarship program. Every junior and senior varsity cheerleader participating in the competition is eligible for the scholarships. Applications open after the competition, and recipients are announced a few months later. We encourage every junior and senior athlete participating to apply!
Special thanks to Bobbie Haidy, AMCC Director and RHS varsity cheerleading head coach and all of our wonderful volunteers for helping us put this on!
Amanda’s Mission Memorial Golf Outing
May 4th, 2024
Our first annual Memorial Golf Outing was a huge success, ushering in Amanda’s Mission while honoring Amanda the day after what would have been her twentieth birthday. We are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to host this event and could not have done it without our many volunteers, 55 sponsors, and 250 guests! Thanks to this wonderful community, we were able to raise almost $19,000 while gaining the confidence to pursue more ambitious projects to honor Amanda in the future.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible!
